Oviva's first digital health application (DiGA) is due to be launched in autumn 2021. Oviva Direkt is a digital therapy for the treatment of obesity, which can be prescribed under statutory health insurance and can be prescribed by doctors.
Oviva already had a terrific design and illustration concept which we could build on. The challenge here was to prepare and expand the existing assets and the character “Gabi” in such a way that it also works well in an animated explanatory film. In order not to overload the colors, we only chose a few elements as splashes of color that stand out from the restrained background and only suggested interior.
Many of us strive for a healthier life, but it can be difficult to get rid of bad habits. With a daily companion, on the other hand, it becomes very easy. In this explanatory video, we present how easy it can actually be: The story revolves around Gabi, who is supposed to improve her diet and fitness on the advice of her doctor. She is prescribed the Oviva Direct app and the patient journey can begin. After Gabi has downloaded her DiGA and signed in, she immediately learns to incorporate healthier habits into her everyday life and feel right at home with them. It was essential to present the path to the app and the various features without taking the viewer by surprise with too much content.
