For the Competence Center for Natural Climate Protection (KNK), we developed an informative and visually appealing explanatory film that conveys the importance of nature-based climate protection measures. The film combines modern collage animations with a clear narrative structure to present complex relationships in an understandable way.
The focus is on the transformation of ecosystems: from dried peatlands to living wetlands, from monocultures to species-rich forests. Dynamic before-and-after sequences make positive change tangible. The characteristic flora and fauna of the various habitats — from cranes in bogs to dragonflies in restored bodies of water — illustrates the diversity of natural climate protection.
The film explains the KNK's ten fields of action and shows how nature-based solutions work together with technological climate protection measures. Particular attention is paid to the visual presentation of synergies between climate protection, biodiversity and sustainable development.
The combination of informative narration and expressive animations makes the film a valuable communication tool for the KNK. It not only provides knowledge about natural climate protection, but also inspires action for a sustainable future.
