For 25 years, GuideCom has built software for the entire HR lifecycle: from recruiting and applicant management to learning worlds and HR analytics. The ambition is one platform for every HR process, adaptable to any industry, from savings-bank groups to mid-sized companies. Its audience is HR teams and people managers who want their processes in one place.
The task: a product film that makes the breadth of the software tangible while feeling modern and dynamic. It stays inside GuideCom's existing CI, but adds more cinematic depth than a plain interface recording could give. The storyline came from GuideCom, the visual translation from us.
At the core of the film are the interface animations of the GuideCom platform, embedded in a subtle, abstract 3D glass environment. This sculpted frame takes its cue from Microsoft's current software aesthetic, lifts the interface and gives it depth without distracting from the content. A play of light and shadow in the background reinforces the sense of space; the shift from dark to bright scenes sets the chapters apart and keeps things moving.
GuideCom's full CI, with its colours, gradients and signature glow, we translated into the visual language and extended with cinematic devices a static CI doesn't provide. On-screen typography guides the viewer, a green guide serves as the cursor, and the closing logo animation lands the claim. What could have been a feature overview becomes a film that shows GuideCom the way its claim promises: "How tomorrow works."
